Browse the service pages for Tarot Readings or GM Sessions, choose the format that suits you, pick an available date and time, and complete payment via Stripe. You'll receive a confirmation email with your private video link. Campaign seats are booked on the Campaigns page.
We accept all major credit and debit cards and PayPal via Stripe. Campaign subscriptions can also be paid via PayPal directly. Payments are processed in Euros. Gift cards and promo codes can be applied at checkout. VAT (Finnish 25.5%) is included in the displayed prices.
Cancel 48 or more hours before your session for a full refund - it is issued automatically to your original payment method and usually appears within 5-10 business days. Cancellations under 48 hours: no refund, but contact us and we will do our best to help. No-shows: no refund. Campaign subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Yes. Log in to your account and use the Reschedule link on any upcoming booking. Reschedules are free and available up to 48 hours before your session. You can also email us if you need flexibility closer to the date.
Yes - we offer gift cards in several denominations (or a custom amount) from the Gift Cards page. The recipient gets a code they can redeem at checkout for any one-time booking.
We are based in Helsinki, Finland, but all sessions are online via private video - no download required. Customers book from all over the world. Session times are displayed in your local timezone on the booking form.
After booking, you receive a private link to our built-in video room. Open it in any modern browser at your session time - no app, account, or download needed. The room includes live video, chat, and (for GM sessions) an integrated virtual tabletop.
